Multiplication FactsStudents entering fourth grade are expected to know the multiplication combinations 1x1 to 10x10. By the middle of fourth grade they are expected to know the combinations 1x1 to 12x12. Multiplication facts should be practiced every night! Students can also work with Mr. Greim at recess to practice their facts. As the students move into more complex math, including multiplication, division, and fractions, it is crucial that they have their facts memorized! Once students memorize their multiplication facts, they can move on to division (144/12 down to 1/1).
